You can book a room directly through our website or reach our team via WhatsApp. Simply browse our available rooms, select the one that suits you, and click "Book Now." Our team will then guide you through the rest of the booking process at your convenience.
We accept the following payment methods:
- FPX (online banking)
- Bank transfer
- Debit and credit cards (Visa / Mastercard)
- E-wallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay)
- Cash (in-person at our office)
All payments are processed securely. You will receive a digital receipt for every transaction.
A security deposit is required for all bookings. The amount may vary by location, though properties within the same region are generally charged at the same rate. The deposit is fully refundable upon check-out, subject to a room inspection for any damages beyond normal wear and tear and after settling any outstanding charges. For deposit details specific to preferred property, feel free to contact our team.
Please note that all bookings are final and non-refundable once confirmed. As payments cannot be reversed, we kindly advise reviewing your plans carefully before proceeding with your reservation.
Your monthly rent covers:
- Fully furnished room (bed, wardrobe, study desk)
- High-speed fibre Wi-Fi
- Common-area cleaning and maintenance
There are no hidden fees or additional charges unless specified in your agreement.
Guests are welcome to visit during reasonable hours between 8 AM and 10 PM. Overnight guests must be registered with management and are permitted for a maximum of 3 consecutive nights per month. To ensure the safety and comfort of all residents, a visitor log is maintained at all times. Please note that additional charges may apply for extended guest stays.
No, there is no curfew at WeStay. As an adult co-living community, residents enjoy 24/7 access to the building via their key cards. We do, however, kindly ask that quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM are respected to ensure a comfortable environment for all residents.
WeStay properties include:
- High-speed fibre Wi-Fi throughout the building
- Laundry facilities
- 24/7 CCTV security monitoring
- Smart lock and energy monitoring per room

Some of our properties offer parking spaces at an additional monthly fee, subject to availability. Please inquire about parking options at your specific property of interest.
Most WeStay properties include a shared common area with a pantry or kitchenette for light meal preparation. Room type descriptions on each property page list what is included.
Our house rules are designed to keep WeStay a comfortable and respectful community for everyone:
- Quiet hours: 10 pm – 8 am
- No smoking inside any room or common area
- Waste to be disposed of in designated bins only
- Common areas to be kept clean after use
- Overnight guests require advance notice
- Damage beyond fair wear and tear is chargeable

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms and indoor common areas across every WeStay property. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available at select locations. Violation of this rule may result in cleaning charges or tenancy termination.
Yes, we encourage you to make your room feel like home! You can decorate with removable items that don't damage the walls or furnishings. This includes posters with removable adhesive, small plants, cushions, throws, and personal items. However, painting walls, drilling holes, or making permanent alterations is not permitted without prior approval.
